My Initiative for Illuminating a Just Pathway in a Post Pandemic Society
Change refers to the kind of activities conducted to create a better platform where the
society or the environment is established in a better way. It is also relevant to understand that
change may be different depending on the impacts and the issues concerned. The relationship
between the impacts depends on the nature of the change, where the results are determined by
the processes (Kryshtanovych et al. np). Activism refers to the reforms on the society on
different platforms where the exact end of a process is determined by the kind of inputs placed.
Activism is the best method of illuminating and understanding the protocols and principles
applied in a unique environment, where the platforms of society are established and the desired
goals are met. The political, social, and economic development platforms are connected to the
created input, and it is more necessary to cause a positive impact. Activism is connected to the
direction where the society is established in a more positive direction, with only benefits
attached. Occupational activism refers to the actions taken to ensure that society is transformed
socially (Marchuk et al. np). Such actions are designed to ensure that the social aspects are
included in the dimensions required. The actions are designed to establish and improve society
based on occupational roles and active requirements. Through the use of occupational activism,
this article presents my initiative in transforming society in a more just and post-pandemic way.

The pandemic has caused a lot of issues and ideas that need to be rectified and
transformed because most of them are negative. The pandemic has led to many challenges
because the output of the entire population is significantly reduced. There is a need to understand
and estimate the best platforms to create a more conducive environment because such practices
have a lot of negative results. There is the need to ensure much about the impacts are
transformed into a positive dimension for growth and continuity. The initiative I have presented
is directly related to the desired results, based on specific ideas and theories that I have derived
from numerous dimensions and sectors. I have established a lot about the theories to fulfill the
desire for a more stable and sustainable post-pandemic society. The need for justice and
equitable society was raised when certain limitations were witnessed as a result of reduced
platforms for effective growth, where not much of the activities to be conducted were done in a
better way (Kryshtanovych et al. np). The justice systems presented were not actively included
because there were the tying o certain practices to specific sides and channels. There is the need
to ensure the best forms of growth, based on the presented principles, making the initiative a
better advantage. Everything that rotates around justice and an effective society requires an
initiative built to ensure that every protocol and action designed are followed for sustainability.
My initiative involves creating a community service campaign where the relevant aspects
of the social expectations and desires of society can be met. It is occupational activism, where I
have integrated many theories and presented a more effective platform for ensuring that society
is better positioned to enjoy many aspects and advantages. It is impossible to establish certain
platforms because of the desire and need to establish a more sustainable environment with the
available resources (Gilder 2). The campaign will involve offering free services in guidance and
counseling to achieve the desired modes and practices. Much about the desired states and

qualities have been described based on the achievable characteristics that have been outlined in a
more stable environment. The need to ensure a better role and composition of better services
drives an individual to the desired states and functions for the most effective services
(Kryshtanovych et al. np). Sociology involves such impacts on society, where the transformation
can be directed towards fixing certain social challenges and issues related to the presented
aspects. It is impossible to achieve certain states when much attention is not considered towards
a more elevated environment. The campaigns accompanied by free guidance and counseling
